ExploreHow your part moves through the shop
A single, controlled workflow from engineering support to delivery — every hand-off happens under our own roof and our own quality system.
1. Engineering support
We review your drawings early and advise on tooling, material and forging method to control cost and improve manufacturability before a single billet is heated.
2. Forging
Close-die, upset, contour and open forging develop the grain flow and soundness that give a forged part its strength advantage over castings and bar stock.
3. Heat treatment
Normalising and heat treatment develop the required mechanical properties and relieve stress, dialed to your material and specification.
4. Machining
Rough machining to close tolerance, plus cutting, grinding and grit blasting, so the component arrives ready for finishing or final assembly.
5. Inspection
Our dedicated QC department inspects to stringent standards and documents dimensions, material and test results for full traceability.
6. Delivery
Certified forgings ship on realistic, predictable lead times, backed by an ISO 9001:2015 registered quality system.
