Construction machinery — excavators, cranes, loaders and the structures they build — lives on parts that carry heavy, repeated loads. Forged components deliver the strength-to-weight and fatigue resistance that keep pins, links, structural fittings and drivetrain parts working under punishing duty cycles. Where a cast or fabricated part would crack, a forging to the same print holds.

MTS forges these components to your drawing, heat treats them for strength and toughness, and rough machines in house so they arrive near net shape. It is a made-to-print, fully documented process backed by four decades of forging experience.
