Shadowless, flush-mount tank access
MTS manways and oval nozzles sit flush with the vessel wall, leaving no ledge, pocket, or shadow for product to collect. Built in stainless and high-alloy materials, they give operators a clean, safe, well-lit way into the tank.
A flush design that leaves nowhere to hide
Conventional nozzle-style manways create a recess where product pools, bacteria grow, and cleaning is a fight. The MTS shadowless design brings the access opening flush to the interior wall — the tank drains fully, clean-in-place coverage is complete, and there is no dead leg to validate around.
That makes our manways a natural fit for sanitary food, beverage, and pharmaceutical vessels, and our high-alloy versions handle the aggressive chemistry of chemical, biotech, and extraction service. Oval nozzles give a larger clear opening in the same footprint for easier entry and equipment access.
